Time is unlimited,
however at peak times play may be restricted to 2 hours, you will always be notified on
arrival.
We operate a strict
maximum capacity rule, so if the play area is full to capacity, no other child can go
in until a child leaves.
We now offer a loyalty programme for
all of our visitors:
During our busy periods i.e. school holidays we are the first play centre to
introducing a pre-booking option that will guarantee you admission.
There are 3 time slots available, with a limited number of
places which need to be reserved in advance.
10:00 - 12:00* / 12:30 - 2:30 / 3:00 - 5:00
Please note places reserved must be paid in full at time of booking and are
non-refundable.
You must arrive during your reserved time slot and leave promptly at the
end time to allow the next sessions entry and the non-reserved public
admittance.
Don’t worry if you can’t reserve or plan ahead there will still be places
available as you turn up, however we cannot always guarantee you admission
immediately if we have reached our maximum safety occupancy.
